Customer cannot cancel the order once he/she approved/agreed/placed the order for repair. The customer may track the status of their order online with tracking id which service centre sends through his/her mail ID.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where customer could receive a damaged / defective / DOA product or a product that is not the same as per his/her your original order. In that scenario, service centre will replace the product once mutually agreed up to customer satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, within 24 hours, before using the product, customer need to get in touch with Spectrum Technology’s Service Team, who will guide the customer on the process to follow for settling the issue.
Please Note: In this type of rare occurrence, customer needs to prove service centre that, the product is non functional.
